Cluster CEI

The Compute Efficiency Index (CEI) provides a measurement of the cluster density, indicating how well the organization is leveraging the infrastructure available in its cluster. A CEI value of 1.0 means that the infrastructure capacity and workload demands are perfectly aligned (i.e. "Just Right"). A CEI value greater than 1.0 indicates that the cluster is under-provisioned and is at risk for not meeting workload demands. A CEI value of less than 1.0 indicates that the cluster is over-provisioned and there is room for new workload.
